Just a reminder that time is fast-approaching to return your contract and payment for the 2011 Midwest Fly Fishing Expo if you plan to have the same booth for 2011. Plans for the Expo are well underway and we’ve been able to finalize many of our speakers for the weekend. Our featured speakers so far include: Dick Talleur, Brian O’Keefe, Simon Gawesworth, and Kelly Galloup. We look forward to having these gentlemen with us as they’ve all been “fan favorites” wherever they speak and demo.
Additionally, the host hotel for the 2011 Expo has been finalized as well. We will once again be at the Best Western Georgian Inn in Roseville, just a few miles from the Expo Center on the Macomb County Community College campus. The information for the hotel is:

The hotel has once-again extended a great room rate to the Expo attendees. The room rate for 2011 will be $59.00 per night. When you call for reservations just tell the hotel you are reserving in the Midwest Fly Fishing Expo room block and you’ll receive the special rate.
Lastly, I’ve included an updated copy of the Vendor Contract for your use. I noticed several spots on the form where I mistakenly used a 2010 year instead of 2011. The month/days used on the form were correct, but the year was not. If you have not returned your form and payment, please use the corrected form. For those of you who have already returned your contracts and payment, not to worry, I’ll correct the contract you signed and returned and provide you with a copy at the Expo.
